So, I decided to visit DL last minute. I did 2 things I've never done before, due to hearing about them here on MW: Fried Chicken at Plaza Inn and a Dole Whip. Thumbs up for the chicken, thumbs down on the Dole Whip. As my dad always says, 'Try it once and if you don't like it, you don't have to have it again'.
I know what ur pops said, but other MWers will vouche... Give the dole whip one more try. I feel like its one of those things that you have to have more than once bc I didnt care for it the first time either! I know a few ppl who thought it was just okay... Then they tried it again! I mean lol im not forcing you to like it at all. Just saying its one of those foods! - michelledork

I agree. The chicken is delish, I use to like the dole whip floats alot however the last two times they haven't been that tasty, not as sweet as before...

I've never tried the chicken but I can't believe you didn't like the dole whip! It's like sweet creamy pineapple-ly goodness! its definitely one of my favorite treats. - kyoto_sparkle
