Hey man kids cry. If you're staying at a family friendly hotel you kinda have to go with it - Smart.tea

Not yet I would ask to be switched. The Disney resort people have been very accomomdating can't remember exactly why but we got a new room at WDW. Which reminds me of on potentially bad thing a maid left our door ajar good thing no one came in. - E-Ticket

When we would travel when our kids were wee babes that was my husband's biggest worry. One night our 4 m/o (at the time) freaked out so I wrapped her in a blanket and planned to take her outside. She calmed down before I ever made it outside. Sorry you have to deal with that on your holiday. - CaliCanuck

Actually I'm at home, my wife and I were just talking about this because at dinner tonight this kid was screaming the entire time and the parents acted like they were death. Kids crying is natural, but at the same time a little respect for people in public is not much to ask is it? - Tcarnahan

My extended family is actually bent out of shape at my sister right now because she doesn't want any babies or kids under 8 at her wedding. She doesn't want a baby crying through the whole wedding. Which I get. She has never had kids so she doesn't get them also she is the youngest child of five so very spoiled. My kids all make the cutoff so it doesn't bother me its her day I will do whatever she wants. Lol but alot of the cousins are going to be offended I think. - Mrsblue

MrsBlue, you just made me think of my wedding. It was full of kids. Everyone was actually really well behaved. My cousins son has autism and he is 4 years old. As I was walking down the aisle with my dad I heard him say, "HELLOOOOOO! HELLOOOOO! HELLO! HELLO! HELLLOOOOO!!!!" He kept repeating it. I was crying from laughing. John was also smiling. My cousin finally got him to stop but it was just a cute little memory. Then there was the group of kids yelling the wedding march in the middle of the ceremony from outside the courtyard. It didn't last long and that was fine but it was slightly annoying. :/ Kids will be kids but at the same time everyone has the right to change rooms or not have kids at their wedding if that is what they want. It is also the parents decision not to go to the wedding if they feel as such. - DuffysJuju

I'm having a child free wedding in May. I think people should respect a couple's decision if they don't want children there. Especially if they're paying for the adult guests to be there. Just my two cents though. - LillyBelle

Thats what I said oh well if they don't like it they don't have to come. Thats less people we have to pay to feed!!! Lol! - Mrsblue

Never had to deal with a crying baby, but did have screaming, yelling and fighting. And it was family in law. Also stayed in San Clemente having breakfast outside and a couple was very loud above us. She sounded lime a cat in jest. The whole restraunt was cracking up! - Mommadisneyfan

I'm guilty of a crying baby, it's hard to take them out of their rountine and try to get them to sleep in strange place. I ended up pushing her in the stroller around the second level of the grand in my pjs. I apologize, I am sure no one wants there baby to cry all night. - akpoppins
