For those of you who have Netflix, there is a good selection of workout DVDs available for instant play! I love this because they're great for a quick workout when I can't get to the gym. Plus, because there's such a variety, you can alternate workouts so that you're not constantly doing the same routine. My favorites are the Crunch Fitness yoga and pilates ones.
*Instead of "can't go to the gym," I meant to say "don't want to go to the gym." Confession: my gym is a 2 minute walk for me, so there's never a time that I can't go, but there's lots of times I don't want to go! - Spoonful_O_Sugar
