So I really would like to read a biography on Walt Disney. But I am wary of reading them because some want to put such a negative spin on everything. I know just like everyone else he struggled, but I want one that just talks about the facts. No opinions on what people think especially negative ones. So that being said, does anyone have a recommendation? I would really like to find one on kindle but their selection is pretty limited. I also have iBooks of course. Thanks if you do!!!
I just finished "Walt Disney: the Triumph of the American Imagination" by Neal Gabler. It was excellent. I highly recommend it! - disney42dude(CM)

I've read both of those books, and they are both good. The Gabler book was endorsed by the Disney family until it was about to be published, but apparently they felt there were a few too many discrepancies. Its a great read though - Missshelly

Freaky I had this exact question and keep meaning to post it. Are either of those available as e/i books? - Cath

I like both, but Bob Thomas' book is an easier read. Then if enjoyed that one, you could pick up the other, which is much longer. - ally

My husband loves this book "Inside the Drama, The Personal story of Walt Disney" by Diane Disney Miller. - sickgirl

Here's another vote for the Bob Thomas biography. Bob had lots of direct contact with Walt when he worked as a reporter. - 50sKid
