Ok I dont think my comments are working so I'll post it here haha.. So I usually wait til Sunday to have a real scrumptious dessert. But during the week I'll make a non fat yogurt parfait with strawberries/bananas ( whatever fruit you like) non fat plain yogurt, honey for added sweetness, and maybe some granola. I like to stick it in the freezer for a nice cold treat. If I'm dying for chocolate, I have a half of dark chocolate bar with a dessert tea (any yummy flavored tea), or chocolate covered almonds/raisins/macadamias, sometimes I'll make dark chocolate covered strawberries..hmm yumm can't go wrong with antioxidants! Oh and if you're a cottage cheese person...mixing it with a sweet fruit like pineapple is pretty good. Ooh and blackberries! I'll do a daily log of meals if you guys like.
