So I am in the post office and MWing. So my question is: has anybody ever caught someone MWing outside of Disney resorts?

Yea P&C I think you're right lol. I only ever see ppl on MW while I'm at the resort. Although, yesterday, jacquemeetsworld and were siting right next to each other, MWing the whole ride from palmdale to LA lol - MsNick
