I'm sorry! I know exactly how you feel. We were involved in a hit and run. The driver of the other vehicle hit my car so hard while switching lanes that it caused my car to spin several times on the freeway until finally we hit the guard rail. Since we didn't get the license plate there was nothing we could do. Our car was completely totaled. Although we were quite furious that the driver got away with it, we were thankful to be alive. I know your frustration! On Black Friday last year we came out of Best Buy only to find that someone decided to use the trunk of our car as a shelf for their stuff. They must of had a big box with staples in it because there were deep scratches from the back to the front since they pulled their stuff off my trunk instead of picking it up!
