Does anyone know how soon after you purchase your brick you get the certificate in the mail? We ordered ours a few weeks ago at city hall and haven't received our certificate with the location.
We got ours in five days even though their system was down when I ordered it over the phone Monday of last week. - disney42dude(CM)

A big hard yellowish envelope. Inside is a letter, map for brick location, and a pic of what the brick looks like. - Nicole

Hello, I ordered ours last week by fax. Knowing Monday was the last day I sent an email and quickly received a response with confirmation in c19. Try DL.Bricks@disney.com it worked for me!! - Chadco
