Just found out we get to go to Disneyland September 11-16!! It's my husband's birthday on the 11th and I really really want to stay at the Grand! Does anyone have any good ways to save on a room there? What's the best way to book a room?

You don't have optoms to save on property hotels unless you're an AP. Should be a little less expensive then because summer break has ended. - CravingDisney 150.1 #2296 5:55PM

There's an ap rate availability calendar on the website (must enter your ap # to view the rate). I don't think you can book ap rate online, call reservations. - bluefairy 627.3 #174 6:17PM

in sept they usually have a stay 3 (or 4, I can't recall) and get one night free. My daughters school starts late, so we usually go then with this deal - Jllybean 10.2 #6697 6:36PM

Make sure you check back on possible discounts on the hotel. Last October I stayed there and when I made the reservatios it was gonna be 1400 for 5 nights, as always I was checking the Disney site and saw that they where doing 30-40% discount so it went down to 900.
