Maybe someone can help me... My mom upgraded her phone today and since then, my iPhone won't connect to the internet at all. Facebook, MW, safari, and my mail all won't work. It keeps saying "Could not activate cellular data network You are not subscribed to a cellular data service"
I turned it off and back on, took out my sim card, and even plugged it into itunes to "reset" it like the at&t store guy said. Still nothing.

Same thing happened to me and it was because the person that sold us our phones changed my data package and then didn't add 2 of our lines to the new data package(changed it without asking me) - MinnieMuse

I would check to see if your line still has the data plan. After that, start with the more drastic such as a master reset. - lsmarz

Ms.Mousketeer!!! Auto correct sometimes makes things funny!It could also be a down tower. They're saying they are doing a lot of tower changes. So far, we've gotten a $25 credit and AT&T said if we are still experiencing problems till end of month, we'll get the next month free. - Elaine

@Elaine: wish I could get that out of AT&T. I've spent countless hours complaining of no service and all I get is that there is nothing they can do. After an hour, usually so riled up, I'd rather let it go that scream someone's ear off as I spent 7 years in cust. service, most as a supervisor so I know how it is. - Ht
