Note to self: many many many people have the same idea as you when DCA first opens! (we're in line for toy story midway mania) although it's probably only 40 minutes according to the very friendly CM :-)

The grand lets hotel guests into DCA early. I ran over there one morning and was first in line. A definite perk to staying at the resort hotels - Missshelly
