So we decided to come to Disneyland anyway even in the rain, but I was wondering if the characters are still out in the rain or not. I've never been in the rain.

I have been told that in the rain if you go toDCA in Animation building there will be characters there - Mrsblue 692.4 #145 9:42AM

We saw them inside the The Disney Gallery and the theater right next door a few weekends ago when it was raining. Make sure you look inside places like that for them! We saw Minnie, Goofy, Geppetto, and Chip N Dale that day. - DaisyBell 668.4 #155 10:02AM

We saw lots last time they do hang out inside places. We were also told even if it's not rainin and the ground is wet it's a tripping hazard so they will stay inside! - akpoppins 243.3 #1071 10:51AM
