My Princess was in tears because she said none of her classmates liked her Valentine's cards. She's 8 and brought Mickey and Friends cards to school. She said they made faces at her as she handed them her cards. I told her that they are not true Disney fans.
How horrible!!! I hope she doesn't get traumatized! If anything I'm willing to even send her a postcard or letter telling her that the mickey valentines day cards are the best things ever!! - PrincessSarah

That is so sad! I have always told my kids to be thankful for what they get. Kids could be so cruel sometimes. I would have loved to get a Mickey and Friends valentine card. In fact, my 8 year old daughter is passing out Mickey and Minnie Valentine cards tommorrow since there was no school today. I hope she don't get made fun of too. - MickeyLvr

My daughter is 7 and one day it was pouring when I took her to school I let her use my Disneyland umbrella and she told me her classmates were laughing at her because she had a mickey umbrella - patriciajz

Thats horrible. I have a 7 year old who doesnt want to wear any character shirts because of what other kids say at school. Not even Star Wars! My husband still wears Star Wars!!! Its so sad how young kids lose their innocence nowadays. - Disneyaddict

Sorry that happened, its a shame more families don't put an emphasis on being gracious & grateful for the deeds of others. If they did, I wouldn't have to have the 3R Club as a constant presence in the classroom.
