It's not a matter of the cars moving. It's the height and just sitting there. I am not afraid of heights yet the wheel of death still freaks me out. I don't mind the non-swinging cars at all. They seem like a ferris wheel. I only hate the swinging ones. But then I have never thought about falling into the water in a locked cage either. lol Maybe I'll have a new fear of them when I go next. What bothers me on the fixed ride is that it never revolves around several times like a ferris wheel. You spend your whole time riding a few feet, pausing for unloading/loading, ride a few feet, pausing, ride a few feet, pausing....I wish it revolved a few times instead. When I ride the carousel, I admit that I sometimes think of the runaway carousel in the Hitchcock movie Strangers on a Train. Anyone else think of that? - ally  440.3 #4 10:38AM
