Is it just me or does it seem that ALL characters are rare? With the exception of the mouse, it seems that the days are long gone when your park visit was filled with character meet ups. Or am I wrong?

I feel like the change is that the character meet and greets are more organized now at certain times and spots this character is here where as before you used to just see them walking around... I miss the old days - MTLott
