What kind of shadowboxes did you buy? I wanted to do this with my pins, but I bought one from Michael's and my pins won't poke through the back because it's too hard. :( - Leesha

Got it at Target, they have 3 sizes I believe.....thanks for the heads up about the Michaels ones, the pins poked thru pretty easy. - Ms.Mouseketeer

MsM- were you able to close the backside of the shadowbox frame easily with the pinstoppers? - LisaKL

Well the back is actually the part you poke the pins thru, it has those lil fold down metal strips to hold the back on. Hope that makes sense, if not I can send a pic to Flickr - Ms.Mouseketeer

Got it! For some reason, my brain imagined another piece of cardboard between the frame and back. This is super cute... will try soon. - LisaKL

When I put together my shadowbox I ended up using another piece of cardboard because my pins weren't sitting right. I glued glittery scrapbook paper to it and it looks pretty cool. - chelle1318
