I asked a CM at a store on Monday. She said not only are the discounts not going away, but they are also good for amounts under $10. - Tom

Wow that's great news! So many times I would find myself with a total under $10, so I would look for something with small amount to put me over $10, and it always put me WELL OVER $10, thus defeating the purpose of the discount, cuz I would have saved more not buying that 2nd item. (Not that I mind more Disney stuff) - Wubzy_311
