Did you know that if you buy a Mickey balloon and it pops or flies away while you’re in the park, they’ll give you a new one – as long as you have a receipt.
Do they even give receipts? Last time we were there my daughter's balloon popped and the CM replaced it with no questions asked, I didn't have a receipt - LBChica

Just yesterday, city hall gave us a voucher for a new Minnie Mylar balloon because ours was deflated and 'sad' after only one day. No questions asked, no receipt needed. Good service. - easye

They will replace anything bought on property with a receipt and the broken item. Doesn't matter what it is as long as they have more of them. For the toys or balloons just show them the broken one or the 'leash' and they will replace it without the receipt. Just be nice and they will help you out. - BlueberryCrusader
