Why does DCA have to close early due to rain after we received a RAK of some WOC fastpasses??? It's not even raining right now!

It's not just based on if it's raining or not. Could be more stormed coming in. Could be lightning in the area. Trust me. I was working Fantasmic here at WDW one night when a severe Thunderstorm moved through. You do NOT want to be around electrical equipment and water like that of fantasmic or WOC during that. - IndyandMarion 913.0 #1 7:28PM
