45 years ago today, in 1972,
Disneyland's version of the Country Bear Jamboree opened in Bear Country. Sponsored first by Pepsi Cola, it is the second version of the attraction (as the first opened in WDW in October 1971). The attraction closed on September 9, 2001, to make room for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh on April 11, 2003. Do you remember it? Show us your stickers!!(info from Wik More...
21 years ago today, The Toy Story Funhouse and Hamm’s All-Doll Revue opened in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland. Both were gone before the beginning of the busy 1996 Summer season. Fun things to do included: Taking a picture with Buzz Lightyear and Woody. Play with giant Lite-Brite and Spirograph walls. At Woody’s Roundup, let Woody teach you the Two-Step. There was a Green Army Men room, where yo More...

We ate at Chez Remy last night for dinner. You feel as though you've shrunk to the size of a mouse! Large plates serve as dividers between booths, large forks as coat racks, wine bottle caps for seat backs, and in this photo you can see a big cookbook framed at the bottom with corks as well as white Christmas lights for lighting. Fun environment but the food was only average. #DisneylandParis
Looking up at Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris this frosty New Year's Eve morning. The ride is more frightening than the original Haunted Mansion and in my opinion has a better theme than the one at WDW. #DisneylandParis
It is so cold here in Disneyland Paris! It's 27F and snowing off and on. I was going to try to retake this pic from the Main Street train platform but shortly after I took this they put the horse away (probably due to the extreme cold temperatures). Sorry for cutting off the top of the tree! #DisneylandParis
This is the foyer of Walt's An American Restaurant. The dais where you check-in for or make a reservation is just out of the shot to the left. The dining rooms are up the stairs. It's a very upscale dining experience and quite pricey. But I would highly recommend anyone visiting Disneyland Paris to eat a meal here. #DisneylandParis
