Butterlina's Stroller Hack: You'll need a clear or slightly frosted plastic bag. A gallon ziploc® will do just fine. Or them bags that a scary bouffant cotton candy thingy comes in.
Next a diaper.
Now go find some root beer or a brownish tinted beverage. Put the diaper in the bag. Pour the beverage on the diaper.
Now tie the bag to the stroller handle somehow. In a highly visibl More...
#tip And the best tip (well, tied with the Lilly Belle and the train tender ride) I ever learned on MW...ask to pilot the Mark Twain...sign the guest log and get a certificate to take home. Priceless experience. 😍
#tip If you're a budget conscious family like we are...the Big Thunder Ranch area is a perfect place to have a picnic and eat the lunch we bring into the park with us...and enjoy music, characters, crafts and the cookie decorating. 😃
Hey kids! This is how you do NOT enter wait times. DO walk up to the actual attraction, see the wait time there, enter the time. Or, wait in queue and time it, then enter the time. You can help out the app and gain points for being a good lil MWer. #tipsfromchurro
For those who already know that we attempted to go on this trip on a huge budget. I went with the family for three days and then I continued my journey with another MWer and her family. The husbands drove up north to the real world while we were stuck in Disneyland for another 4 days. We did our best not to spend any money. We did pretty good. So here is what worked More...
#TIPS I'm posting this as a reminder since the next few days are going to be HOT! Quick service restaurants will give you a free cup of ice water if you ask. And if you ask nicely they will be more willing to give you a bigger cup, too. There's also a water spigot in the Rancho del Zocalo dining area (where they keep the hot sauces) that has cold filtered water if you need to fill up water bottl More...
#Tips I see many MWers who have upcoming trips to WDW. You can make reservations for Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom 180 days ahead. Didn't do that? Go for a late lunch or dessert! It's open for counter service during the day although the line can be long! ✨TIP:✨ the CM said they close the line at 2:30pm for lunch service (dinner starts at 4)-so get there shortly before & the wait usu More...
#tips Just a reminder folks, what with the rain today, there may be some show cancellations! If the rain keeps up and the streets don't dry, parades could be cancelled. The Christmas Fantasy Parade would be cancelled in favor of Mickey's Christmas Cavalcade. It is also possible that Fantasmic could be cancelled due to the rain and wet stage. Fireworks wouldn't be cancelled unless it's raining too More...
#tip The AAA discount at Earl of Sandwich is better then the AP discount!! You get 15% with AAA!! I'm enjoying my usual Holiday sandwich: turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberries!! Love that they kept this on the permanent menu!! $6.99 but only $5.94 after AAA discount!! 😋😋😋😋😋 Added bonus...I get to watch the Dodger game across at ESPN Zone while I eat!!! 💙💙💙💙
I used to rarely visit Toontown; but now that I bring my nephew it is such a fun place to go. Here's a #tip- the best time to visit is when it first opens (1 hour after park opening) as it's not very busy at all. You can usually see Mickey and Minnie within a couple of minutes and the roller coaster is a walk-on or close to it.
