Wishing everyone a Tiggerific Tuesday & a fabulous Mardi Gras! As promised, here is my Dooney & Bourke #DisneyCouture obsession, er, uh, I mean, collection. I've kept some unused in anticipation for our upcoming trip next week. One aspect of my #DisneySide: what's yours? 😃

***Next Beautifully Disney set*** I am in LOVE with this new line!!! Via Disney Parks Blog: "A homage to Mickey Mouse’s leading lady, the fifth collection from Beautifully Disney arrives at Disney Parks on February 8 and features our style icon Minnie Mouse. Here is a video of when Grumpy Cat came out on stage at yesterday's #Disneyside event. Someone had asked to see this, so here it is!! 😾 http://tinyurl.com/mu3kvdd The picture below was from the Meet 'n Greet we got to go to after the show!!
#Disneyside These were the only two people I knew prior to this event, Jorge Narvaez & Alexa Narvaez!!! You will recognize them from their YouTube video singing "Home"!! They sang "You've Got A Friend" for us today and you can watch it here:
Just got a tweet from DisneyParks about more social media celebs showing off their #DisneySide from DisneyParks. Here's a link to "When You Wish Upon a Star" performed by the a Capella sensation Mike Tompkins, filmed at the Disneyland Resort! All of music including the backgrounds, are all produced -- literally! -- by him. Amazing, I think ✨
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
