Groove to the rollicking sounds of a jazz band on the Dixieland Stage as you enjoy a cafeteria-style meal - including sumptuous Cajun-Creole dishes like Cajun chicken salad, Creole salmon and seafood jambalaya.
Fast service & generous portions can be found here. Also one of the best desserts in the park - the individual size cheesecake!! - MissNtheMouse
The chicken here is wonderful. I love the spices they put on it. They have the best veggies and the cornbread is yummy! - Leesha
The meatloaf was absolutely amazing! I'm usually a picky eater and stick to my tried and true routine, but decided to branch out and it was so worth it! Nice portions and a good value. Will be back ! - DisneyPrincessT
I had eaten here once and chose the red beans and rice with andouille sausage, very wisely, which is why I returned during my second visit just a few weeks later. The beans were still good. Now, the Jambalaya recipe needs to be seriously rethought and reconfigured. No one from New Orleans would serve this dish. The live Jazz is pretty sweet but will not make the Jambalaya any better. - Ionit
