Wine Country Trattoria restaurant at Disney California Adventure Park serves freshly made California and Mediterranean style cuisine for lunch and dinner and offers more than 25 different wines by the glass.
Recent lunch here was very disappointing. The chicken salad was grisly. - MissNtheMouse
Not that great. But can be a nice break from a long day in the park. Also free refills on drinks and a nice view. Just wish food was better. - richiii3
Food was really good, little bit of a wait, but comfortable and relaxing.. Kids keep out!!! - bonknee
The shrimp scampi with fettucine is quite good, the minestrone was yummy, the bread sucked though. However, on more than one occasion we have been turned away due to lack of reservation while dozens of tables remain empty throughout the evening. You would think if it was reservation only they'd be a heck of a lot busier than I have witnessed. The one time I was seated the waitress was attentive and patient. For her alone I bump the service from one star to two stars. I put the food at four stars averaging out my overall rating to three stars. - missmimi90
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
