It was truly delicious -- there is a layer of caramel and then chocolate over top. The ears are marshmallow. I think it was $10 but honestly worth it. It was a supper for me... to busy going on rides to sit down and eat. I will try to replicate it at home one day. Sorry I did not post the details of the apple --- I am new to this Mousewait stuff.
