when are you going ? i work for choice hotels i can try to get you a disocount on a room if its available at the comfort inn next to disney. my friends always go and stay there they love it.

Try Priceline and bid for your own price. Choose the area and stars. I was able to get a decent room across the street a couple years ago in December for $50 a night. I say for December it was a steal. If you don't want to go that route, Quality Inn also has cheap rooms and comes with breakfast and short in walking distance.
