I frequently hear about people not getting a response via support. Email deliverability is a growing problem due to spam blockers and blocking from the ISP level. If you have emailed support but have not heard back, go to this page http://bit.ly/MZ6qvL, look up your ticket and respond through the website instead of email. Normally, when you send a support request, it will immediately send you a ticket notification via email, if you do not get this it is because your system or ISP is blocking our emails. Please remember we can only address technical issues via support or if someone is blatantly violating the rules (and you have proof). We do not have the resources to resolve disputes, arguments, or anything along those lines. Also please do a search in the Lounge first to see if you can find the answer there.
