A friendly reminder from one CM to rest of you CMs here: Part of being a CM is that you are an ambassador for Disney, both on-stage and off. This means, once people know you are a CM, you need to hold yourself to a higher standard when dealing with all things Disney. You cannot disparage, ridicule, or be openly mean to guests or fellow CMs. If someone posts something that irks you and you feel you can't respond in a responsible manner, you better take it off-line and express your opinion to the person privately. And, even then, you should still be courteous. You don't know if a Disney higher-up might be reading the lounge and see your lack of courtesy. The Internet is not an private room where you can let it all hang out. Stuff can come back to bite you. And bite you hard.
