#15.MW101 w/SICπ:: {Preventing Gray photo pollution} I know this is looong over due! But here are some things we all need to know about preventing gray photos from consuming the lounge. For whatever reason, I think this seems to be mainly a Driod problem, when you are in a low service area (from my understanding). Here are some steps to keep in mind when posting a photo: π΄1} After you hit submit, STAY on that screen until you see the message of success shown in photo 2. This shouldn't take long, and if it does, it's especially important to stay on that page because it could mean the service is slower at that point and your chances of a gray photo are sky high. π΄2} After it says 'Success' PLEASE just take a sec to check and make sure it uploaded correctly, if it didn't follow the steps in the last photo and DELETE the photo yourself. It is YOUR responsibility as the poster to make sure it loaded properly or gets deleted promptly. π΄3} If you are having trouble getting into the lounge on a busy day, to upload or check on your photo, it is best to wait until you have the service needed to post the photo properly---instead of flooding the lounge with blank or gray photos. If we do not follow these guidelines, gray photos end up flooding the lounge, and push successfully loaded posts away. I know it's exciting to share a photo with us, but we will al still love it when you have better service and haven't already flooded us with grays!π Thank you so much!!
